UNITED NATIONS, Sep 30 (IPS) – The Kremlin has introduced {that a} ceremony will happen Friday in Moscow that can launch a means of annexation of the Ukrainian areas of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia.
